Twins with ovidrel?

Do anyone know if you just take trigger shot (ovidrel) can that increase your chances of multiples? Even if you don’t take any meds with it? I ovulate on my own. I had 2 follicles 17-18mm and took trigger today.. wondering if I can possibly conceive twins!
