House or apartment?

I’m 22 & my boyfriend will be turning 25 this year. He is going to graduate college in a couple of weeks and he’s already talking about wanting to move into an apartment in 1-2 years. I’m totally okay with living with him BUT I already lived in an apartment before and don’t think it’s the best financial decision. I feel like we should spend these next couple of years saving for a house. Idk what to do. Any feedback??
