Ok so i first noticed the spot being a little tender on yesterday but me and my boyfriend had rough sex yesterday but today when i got up it was more tender and looked like this

The area isn’t raised.. could it be from friction or maybe shaving but its in a bad spot almost inside of my lips and a bad spot in the sense of bacteria. Could it be from this?? A chemical burn?? Because besides shaving, this is the only new thing I’ve done in the past week?? Help ladies??
