Hi everyone. My period went off about a week ago, so I’m not sure if this would be a blood clot. I was cramping a tiny bit before and after this passed, but I’m not sure what this is. I don’t believe I was pregnant, but there could be a small chance that I was. I do not have insurance or a job, so I don’t want any medical bills. I know I should still probably go to the ER, but hopefully you guys could just help me out a little first. I’m not sure if this is just some uterus tissue shedding, a miscarriage, or even just a blood clot. Can someone please help me?

EDIT:

I just woke up to a little bit of bleeding, but when I stood ion(I sneezed) more blood came out and I guess another blood clot. Is this still normal??
