9 weeks, “missed miscarriage”

I had my first ultrasound today, and this is my first pregnancy. The minute she started the vaginal ultrasound I knew something wasn’t right because I saw the black circle “my uterus” and nothing was inside. She continued to ask questions whether I had cramps, bleeding I said no. She said well I’m sorry to say but I don’t see anything or a heartbeat. Of course my stomach dropped and immediately I began crying.

After we got into a room my doctor said it’s normal it happens. She said I have a choice...

Whether I want to wait a week go back and recheck.

Have a D&C or take the pill.

Have you ever experienced. this? If so what did you do? What did you feel was best ?
