38 days late for period 😭

I’m 38 days late for my period and all 4 of my pregnancy test have been negative.

I do have irregular periods but they haven’t been this late before maybe a 3-4 days late from expected period. My S/O and I don’t use protection and he doesn’t pull out either. Should I go get a blood test ? Should I wait it out ? Or ask for a sonogram?
