Ladies what do you think of taking herblife after giving birth and planning on breastfeeding?

I shredded my baby weight and won a weight loss challenge this way. Also just had my morning shake. It's a commitment, but even if you just do it for extra nutrition, I say go for it. I've had such good results and have heard of so many good stories. Just make sure you are getting enough calaries when nursing. The shakes themselves don't have a whole lot. I ate a protein side with it, or some extra HEALTHY carbs. Good luck!

I don’t believe in any diet supplements to lose weight. Just incorporate regular exercise into your life and eat healthy and you will have the results you want.

I don’t exactly know what that is...if it’s incorporating a nutrient shake once a day into a healthy eating plan with exercise then yes go for it. It it’s more of a shake diet then I would be hesitant.

My husband dos herbalife and i personally dont like it because for multiple reason 1. You do loose weight but gain it back once you stop consuming Herbalife and 2. Its expensive and 3. You need more nutrients then that but I would suggest to just eat healthy and exercise and you will loose the weight fast I started exercising at 4 month pp and the last time I checked I'm down 29 lbs
