Long story short. My husband and me and our two under two daughters live in a small town surrounded by water very smal town, I have my parents and brother up here & his family live 14 hours drive away. He works in our family company which him and myself were going to take over obviously iv been on leave for some time now and will go on it again as I will have another baby. - the thing is he has just decided he wants a career change ... he wants to move 14 hours away from my extremely supportive helpful family and leave the family business which would financially set us up and our children and possibly there children aswell.

I don’t want to leave...... I’ll return to work once my kids are in school but right now I’m not and his the worker.. he wants a proper career change and wants to become a fire fighter which he can’t do in this town and we would have to leave and never come back here fo him to do it... I’m torn. I don’t want to leave my family or my career which would make us extremely successful.. I don’t know what to do.
