Chances of getting pregnant while breastfeeding ?

Hi  question at my postpartum appointment I’m in the clear to have sex again even though condoms are gonna be used I don’t know why I’m still scared just a question not saying it would but what are the chances to get pregnant while breastfeeding? Is your body super fertile it’s not a 99% chance you will get pregnant right?

I know a lady who got pregnant within 3 weeks of having her baby. She was also breastfeeding. Her 2 sons are adults now but their birthdays are less than a year apart.

I was exclusively breastfeeding every 2 hours, even during the night. Baby literally ate every 2 hours without missing or skipping a feeding. Got pregnant again when he was 6 months old.
