Repeating GTT, anyone else?

Question

I had to do an early GTT due to my weight and family history (at 16+6) and 40 minutes after I drank that horrible drink I vomited it all up so had to cancel and redo it. I have the two hour test tomorrow again and hope I do not throw it up for the second time.
Anyone else had this happen to them? 
How do you keep it down?

Take your time i believe you have 5 minutes and the bottle isn’t big so try to take a lil sip instead of gulping it or sonething. Goodluck!

I had to do the three hour test and I’ll have to repeat it again in a couple weeks (high chance of gestational diabetes from a condition I have) what helped me was laying down between and reading or listening to music, anything to get your mind off of how you feel, even take a pillow or a rolled up jumper if it will make you feel more comfortable (and screw any weird looks you get 🤣) one time when I had to do it in my last pregnancy one of the people who draw blood even took pity on me and let me lay down in a spare room instead of in the waiting room so don’t be afraid to ask and do anything you have to to get through it!

I threw this thing up after minutes of taking I don’t know how to hold it down either girl n I haven’t had it done they said they’ll do it in the 20 something week 😐😐
