Do we stick with our original choice?
With our first baby, we didn’t know what we were having. We had the perfect boy name picked out (Luca Vito, an Italian family name). Obviously we had a girl.
Then, during baby #2 pregnancy, I found out my brother-in-law and future sister-in-law (they are getting married this summer) have already picked out a boy name of Lucca (same name, different spelling. But they aren’t even pregnant!
We had always kept our names private. Do we still stick with the original? Do a slight variation?
Also, we still don’t know what we are having, so maybe it will be another girl and it won’t be an issue.
