Light Bleeding 7.5 weeks

7.5 weeks, had some very light bleeding last night which has now subsided. No cramping, no clots. Had sex a few days ago. Don’t really feel like calling my doctor, as I feel they will just tell me to monitor my symptoms. Especially since I’ve already had an ultrasound to confirm that it’s no ectopic. Starting to lose hope now 😕
