Yes 😩 our mattress is on the floor right now too and I feel like I’m dying trying to get out of bed. Especially when I have to pee 3+ times a day. Need to get that new bed frame before I have to push this baby out

Try to climb off the bed with your legs wide open. I slide as far to the edge as possible and try to get up without closing my legs as much

If your having pelvic pain I’d recommend seeing a pelvic floor therapist.
