Starting off my partner and I have been together for 9 years. Our relationship hasn’t always been perfect but we’ve worked through our problems.

Last month I found out he has been repeatedly messaging women. Some of it just small talk other stuff, pretty vulgar. He’s doing the vulgar stuff when he’s intoxicated, which I’m not making any excuse for but that’s when he’s doing it. We’ve always been able to work through things and I can’t get over this. He wants sex and our relationship back to normal and all I can think of or see is those messages, like they’re permanently burned into my brain. And it’s honestly making me hate his fucking guts.

Has anyone gone through this or anything similar?
