Lifestyle change and diet tips?
I want to loose weight, change my life style and get healthy. I'm tired of being overweight and I want to get pregnant. I know I need to work out. Cut out pop and eat healthier and smaller portions does anyone have any tips for doing these ? I'm still going to allow myself to Indulge once in a while. Its life so I'm not going to be mad if I want to have a small bowl of ice cream or get taco bell once in a while I just know now I need to eat everything in moderation and only eat when hungry. Does anyone have any exercise tips as well?
