Whenever you want. I usually do it later because a lot of things can’t be packed until the last minute, but you can pack all of baby’s things as soon as you want.

If you pack it early, just remember to check to make sure the clothes you packed will still fit you if you end up making it to term.

The hospital usually provides everything you need for the baby (diapers, wipes, even an outfit) you just need essentials for yourself and your partner. Shampoos , mild body wash, change of clothes and things for y’all to get comfortable. (Extra blanket if you want, a comfortable pillow for your partner, etc)

Honestly just do it whenever you feel ready to do it. There is no perfect time because that baby is going to come when it wants, packed bag or not 😂 I always opt to do everything early anyways

My opinion, it's never too early to start. After seeing my mom have both my sisters early (6 weeks and 10.5 weeks early) and not being prepared either time, I did it early.

Just try to remember less is more. I brought everything; make up, change of clothes, pajamas, pads, I even brought a fricken boppy. I touched none of it except my robe, hair clip, and phone charger; I don’t even think I brushed my hair the entire time. This time around I’ll be packing very differently.

I made mine at 36 weeks with basics (pajamas for myself and my man, extra underwear, clothes to wear home and so on) and left a checklist of what still needs to go in on top (Such as things I used everyday, chargers, hairbrush, snacks for SO). I ended up being induced at 37 weeks due to preeclampsia and only knew a couple of days in advanced, and having it mostly packed was good. Labor isn’t a quick process so even if I went into labor my so or myself needed to throw the rest of the bag together really quick, there was a list and it was short and could be grabbed quickly before we left.

I’m thinking about getting mine packed next week. I’ll be about 32-33 weeks. Baby is going to get here on her own schedule but I’d like to be ready when she decides it’s time.
