I’m officially insecure...

I never thought I’d say it but , I’m insecure about this. It’s gotten soo bad I hate looking at it , it keeps getting worse and worse and I don’t know what to do about it anymore . What can I do to help this? Is there ways to get rid of it forever? I’m 19 and this is something I never had to go through untill I got on nexplanon which I believe caused the gaining. They should never be this bad ...
