Diaper rash?

My LO has little white pumps only around his anus is this diaper rash or something I should be concerned about?

Possibly or it could be yeast. Check with your ped, they might prescribe nystatin for it. I usually layer a generous amount of aquaphor on top of that. Make sure the area is completely dry first though.
