GBS in pregnancy

Hi ladies, I’ve had one previous ectopic & then a miscarriage this is my third pregnancy and now just been told I’ve got GBS she’s given me a leaflet stating about long term mental or physical disability to baby from it or possible death how likely is it ether of those happen with the antibiotics whilst giving birth? It’s absolutely terrified me now somethings going to happen to the baby,
