So I recently stopped taking the pill after consistently being on it for about 3 years. I’m almost a week late from when I normally would get my period, this would be my first one since not taking the pill, and I’m just a little nervous. I have not had any spotting at all.

I’m unsure what to expect because prior to taking the pill my period was very irregular.

Has anyone else experienced this before or if you have any advice I’ll take it
