Long story I need help plz !!

So lastnight I had three dreams back to back like I woke up and when back to sleep and had another dream my 1st dream was ( my boyfriend was always getting a Boner whenever his cousin girlfriend would come around then later he told me in the dream they dated awhile back then that was it ) 2nd dream was ( I was in the bathroom with my two friends and kept getting positive pregnancy test then me and my boyfriend took one and it was still positive) my 3rd dream was ( me having my baby and my boyfriend and I were just a loving and caring parents also very happy. Mind you that he nutted in me on Sunday then today when I was at school I went to the restroom and it was light blood in my panties. Could this mean anything?
