Please help me calm down!!😭

A friend of mine husband passed away suddenly. He was 38 years old. His wife said his esophagus ruptured suddenly. I don't know if he had any health problems or if he smoked or drink or even did skoal. Every since I have heard the news. I have been nervous and stressed out about it

I hate hearing bad news! I kinda sorta turn into an hyperconderiac. I am 32 years old with no health problems but i keep hearing you can still get them if your healthy or not. I know i need to calm down but its hard!!
