I have never done this before because I’ve never had a car accident and nobody has ever hit me until recently. She pulled out of her driveway and hit my parked car because her mirror is broken and she thought she had room. Left a pretty decent mark you could say. She gave me her insurance information.

Please do not judge me I just over think and have anxiety. Still figuring life out as I go. Do I just call them and tell them to pay to fix it? It’s a dent and a pretty bad scratch. I have pictures. I’ll need an auto/body paint shop. How does this all work?

Edit: someone commented and asked if I have insurance but the comment is not showing up. Of course I do. I have full coverage.
