Missed period PLEASE HELP‼️

Is Plan B known to cause you to get your next period but miss the following one??? I took a plan B March 10th and received my period March 28-April 1st but I have missed my April period... I have been sexually active so pregnancy is always a possibility but I’ve tested and haven’t gotten a positive nor a period.
