Implantation bleeding or period?

Me and ex had sex april 6. I have stop taking my birth control for like 4 or 5 week. We had unprotected sex. I have started having headaches on and off , lower back pain and stomach cramps, sometime i get very sleepy and very moody. I bleeded for 3 to 4 days.

Implantation bleeding is more pink in color. It’s never that shade of red. That looks more like a period.

It Change to like cranberry red , painless but yes i had a period before. Monday it stop and went pink then went light brown
