What am I looking at?

So I had my 12 weekend appointment done yesterday. As my uterus tilts back it was hard to see the baby using the traditional ultrasound so it was decided that a transvaginal ultrasound would be used. When showing my family the pictures my cousin asked if we knew the gender. I said no. She quickly responded with "bs that's a boy! I know a pecker when I see one!!"

Anyone? Is this indeed a "little pecker" we see or something else? (First time mommy over here!)
