Addie-Mae as a stand alone name?

Im loving Addie-Mae but not sure if it is too much of a nickname.
What do you think- should I go with Addie-Mae as the first name and Elizabeth as the middle, or Addisyn-Mae, or Addisyn Mae.
The spelling of Addisyn would stay.
