Your temp is supposed to rise after ovulation ... and stay high until your period shows then it will drop but if your pregnant it will stay higher

Some people have a slow rise. I also experimented with temping at 4am and 7am to see which would be more accurate for me. The 4am one my temp isn’t high enough to confirm ovulation the next day, but by 7am it is. Based on my normal luteal phase, other signs, and when I get my period afterwards, I know the 7am one is more accurate for me. Strange that those three hours make a difference, but they do for me. Maybe something similar for you.
