Lateeee! am I pregnant?

I had s*x on April 7 and according to the app I was also ovulating. The condom broke, he was inside me for about 7 minutes before we realized it. He didn't c*m at all. It usually takes him at least 20 minutes to do so. Im scared of precum. Im currently 9 days late on day 40 of my cycle. I've taken 2 test, one at 5 days late and one yesterday. They both came back negative. I still worried though. I just became sexual active last month. Last month I was 8 days late. And now ten. Im really worried. Can someone please comment any thoughts they have. Should I keep stressing about this. Take a test? Do you think I could be pregnant? Should I take another test? I just really need some insight.
