My baby daddy blocked me from everything and even from texting him. He needed help with his rent and couldnt pay for it so i gave him 800 dollars and ever since he has a girlfriend he doesnt want to pay it back. He says his bills come first. We dont talk anymore and i am allost 6 months pregnant

I feel like I’ve seen you post this before. There’s not much you can do about a loan if you didn’t have an agreement on paper. You can go after him for support after the child is here. Also, he can still get custody likely.

Well there is really not much you can legally do about a loan unless you have somewhere a written agreement that he would pay you back. However him blocking you 3/4 months before his child arrives tells me he wants no part of his childs life therefore I would be serving him papers to relinquish his rights as a father asap so that you don't have to deal with his immature rude ass the rest of your life.

I’m sorry but why would you do that? you have a baby on the way, you could use that money for baby stuff or to save instead of giving it to that loser. As for the pay back, there’s not much you could do unless you have texts where he says he’ll pay it. Don’t loan out money unless you’re okay with not getting it back

Tbh he wasn’t getting a dime from me and he has a girlfriend why she didn’t give it to him. You don’t live with him and idc if he was the father or not I wasn’t helping  him out with nothing.  Like the other girls said you can’t really do much about it 🤷🏽‍♀️

I swear to god I’m In The same situation. 🙄 my advice is if you wanna make a big deal of it take him to small claims court and get it back that way and then just don’t contact him any more. And when the baby comes CHILD SUPPORT! 🤷🏻‍♀️
