Amniotic fluid, preterm labor etc questions..

So im currently at the hospital, i came in when i was around 30w4d or so and i started leaking fluid ans my cervix was dilated to .5 (not even 1cm). That same day they did an ultrasound and measured my amniotic fluid and it was 13cm.

Monday (30w5d) they measured the fluid again and said it was 17cm, my OB also checked my cervix and said it closed up, however I think I had some leaking yesterday as well and i showed the labor and delivery nurse.

Wednesday (today, 31w0d) they checked the fluid again and the ultrasound tech didnt tell me anything, so I asked if the fluid levels were the same and around 14cm, she said yes.

So im currently having inconsistent contractions that just feel like tightening of the stomach, I think my doctor is wanting to send me home soon, so should I not mention my unpainful contractions? Or should i mention it? I know braxton hicks are common and normal..
