Gush of Fluid

So today has been a tad bit annoying, I am 34 Weeks, I woke up went to the bathroom, and laid back down for a second before completely starting my day. When I got back up I made it to the kitchen and a gush of fluid came down my legs, so me I start to freak out because it felt like my water broke ( my water broke before ) but it wasn't a lot it was little then I walked to the bathroom as I'm, it still felt like I was leaking but not a whole lot at all. So I just decided to go in and be checked. Get there and test say negative for my water breaking or leaking any amniotic fluid 🙄. I was having contractions 2-3 mins apart, and dilated to a 1 and cervix 50% thinned out. I'm just confused on what the heck a gush of fluid came from it wasn't pee cause I smelled my pants and made sure of that.
