Getting back into the gym and running has never felt better! I’ve definitely kept my intensity way down compared to pre pregnancy but I’m thankful too be healthy enough with my boy and have the proper knowledge of my bodies capabilities while pregnant that I can still enjoy the things I love ❤️ & please do NOT come at me with any stupid comments of “you shouldn’t be lifting while pregnant” because I ran across a post of a girl telling a 36 week pregnant lady not to do cross fit and when I looked at said “trolls” profile she couldn’t even spell correctly so I’m like yeahhhh girl be gone 👏🏼 pretty sure we know our bodies a lot better than you, pretty sure I will trust my doctors advise before yours. Gtfoh. & I will also raise my children to see their are no limits to their physical capabilities 💪🏼
