Cooking my baby too well 😕

So went for a 32wk growth scan and baby is on the rather large size... I had the GTT diabetes test wks ago and got the all clear but since then they’ve noticed high glucose levels in my urine. Got a wk of testing my blood sugars now to see if there is a problem. Coupled with baby being extended breech I can see an early c section delivery ahead of me. Didn’t realise how much it would disappoint me. 😢 Silly I know as really all I want is a healthy baby in my arms at the end xxx sorry, hormonal feeling sorry for myself post really
