Good diapers got overnight

My daughter is only 19lbs 8oz at 16months(she’s a preemie). She’s in a size 4 diaper already(they are big but 3’s don’t fit her well). My problem is that she’s peeing a lot at night. So much that it’s about to explode. She’s got sensitive skin so we only been able to use huggies on her..

This is from 10pm-7am, she wakes up for a diaper change then goes back to sleep..
