Sex standing up and TTC

Okay ladies don’t rip me a new one, this is a legit question. My S/O & I have decided to conceive recently. This is all new to both of us. Today we were really in the moment & I was bent over the end of the bed doggy style (TMI sorry). When he ejaculated the semen seemed to fall out almost immediately due to our positioning. When I got up to use the bathroom I didn’t feel any coming out. He seems to think I can still get pregnant but I dont think so... its just upsetting because Im ovulating now & he just left for a work trip so this was our last chance this month. Maybe im just overthinking but is there a possibility sperm will still reach my egg even though his semen immediately fell out? Please comment honest opinions and thank you
