I need help
I need help and I don’t know what to do or who to talk to. My mind is a mess and attacking me & im so lost. I’m so scared of myself & im home alone with my daughter & I don’t want to do anything stupid. I have no one that listens to me. I don’t have money for counseling & I don’t know what to do. I can feel myself giving up
