Who has pooped during child birth?

I’m terrified of this, I know that is dumb 🤦🏽‍♀️ I mean my husband and I are close, but he’s never watched poop come out of my butt before and ideally I would like to keep it that way. Has this happened to anyone?! Did you or your SO even care, considering so much else was going on during that time?
