HELP !What is going on?!

I had my first baby December 14th
I just had my first period April 18th
Here I am TWO WEEKS away from my next scheduled period and I have 3 BFPs!!? 
What can cause a false positive? They are DARK positives.

Time doesn’t add up? How is this possible?

Your first period after delivery might not be your real period. And even if it was, there are women who still bleed and ovulate and get pregnant. It looks like a strong positive to me😊 and false positives are rare.

Update, just felt crampy, went pee, had brownish red on wipe.... 
this whole first postpartum period thing is stressful.
Anybody have any insight?

Was it a heavy period? Could’ve been implantation.
