Baby Brezza food maker's purees taste yucky

I just bought a baby brezza glass baby food maker, but I'm soooo disappointed with the taste!! I've tried carrots, apples, and mangoes. Seperately. And it tastes artificial. I don't know how else to explain it. Like I can taste the plastic or something. I got a baby food maker because I want to see exactly what my baby eats. But how disappointing on the taste! I know it's not the foods because they taste yummy before I even put them in there. The mangoes especially were so good.

Is it the machine? I don't get it! Has anyone experienced something similar?
