Hey lady's So I'm 30 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my 4th.

I have gestational diabetes and was put in hospital tonight and tomorrow due to my readings and sugar level being high. So here is am from 09:40am and it's now 9pm been put on insulin and had a ultrasound I am measuring at 32 weeks and one day so I am having a big baby.
