What to do? Back pain

im 34 weeks today. My back has been hurting in the 1 specific spot since 1Am. I was able to sleep thru it till 10am but now it’s hurting way worse. 
Any advice?

When I had pain in that spot it was from a kidney stone 😩 Better have it checked out.

Yes! God me too!! It’s horrible when I wake up in the morning both sides. My husband massages it and it saves me!! Also chiropractor but mostly massage helps it seems it’s more muscular

I talked to the nurse she said to go to urgent care Bc I have a history of kidney problems and she thinks it could be an infection/stones.

Sameses heating pad and stretch. Had a massage and it helped a bit. I think it’s the baby resting there

I went to a chiropractor. I had isolated pain for awhile and he took care of it for me.
