Am I over reacting

So bf always calls and text me at work . Today in the morning he was texting me on his 9 O’clock break , then called & I guess he couldn’t hear me so hung up.. so I was calling and texting his phone all day no response. Everyday at 12 we go to lunch together , he picks me up. So I was still looking forward to that. Then at 12:50 I get this text( BELOW ) I just feel like he could have communicated things better with me. We have never not ate lunch together since we both have been working. 😔 I’m really upset , because even if your phone was messed up he could have been texted me with his “ CO worker phone “ is this a reason to be mad?
