Ped had us start at 4, she’s met the appropriate physical development markers! So we did puréed chicken today since the plan she gave us has us start meat and oats for iron. We didn’t force it at all, but she right away new what to do with the spoon!

Both. Like I did with my son. He started at 4 months with a bunch of different tastes then 6 months started eating peas, cut avocado, carrots etc.

4-6 month depending on his interest. My oldest started at 4 weeks my second around a year and his guy when he is interested
