I have really bad anxiety that cause me to stress eat. But the pass few days I kinda figure out somewhat to help me with this issue. I started to eat sunflower seeds. It helps me not to go crazy with food and in a way chills me out.Anyways I wanted to post this just in case if it would help anyone ☺️
