Breastfeeding and Birth control

Any mamas that are breastfeeding and birth control? What are you using?

Never been on birth control but only after having my first daughter and I was Sprintec but only for a year bc of the side effects and I got horrible anxiety during and afterwards. I then started using NFP and used ovulation test packs, for the next year. I slowly stopped testing and keeping up and got pregnant with my second babygirl. I had my 6 week check-up and my obgyn was very persistent on getting back on birth control. She recommended I get the mirena since i don’t plan on getting pregnant any time soon. But i told her I would think about it and go back in.

I’d like to get some feedback on what birth control some of you use and how it affected you?
