Can I give my almost 8 month old eggs?

If so, how should I give it? Omlet cut in strips? Scrambled? Hard boiled cut in pieces? My baby will be 8 months next week! Up until now I’ve only given purées!

Yes, you can give baby eggs. I usually do scrambled for their first time cut up in little bits.

I was told to introduce eggs early on. I was actually told to start introducing all higher allergen foods starting at 6 months. We did scrambled, but he is not really a fan of eggs. Even at 2 years old he will only eat them if they are in an egg sandwich.
