I’m 39+4, sitting on the couch.

This afternoon I’ve been having back pain, then it’s progressed some this evening. It dulls some if I walk around for like 10 seconds but when I sit back down it comes back for a bit. A few minutes ago I felt a very quick butterfly sensation in my belly, then a sudden burst feeling in my whole stomach. I went to the bathroom and peed and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Then sat back down and my back started hurting again.

I have a decently high pain tolerance. The pain in my back isn’t necessarily hurting, more like an uncomfortable ache.
