HCG levels

I was 67,000 at 10 weeks and 5 days from LMP. I know everyone keeps saying it’s different for everyone but I’ve looked in a lot of places online including forums and that seems really low. I have hyperemesis gravidarum on top of it and I keep thinking the worst like molar. On top of that, my best friend just told me she had a miscarriage today. 😞
