It’s not that I tell all type of secrets in it but my journal is my safe place for ALL my thoughts because of anxiety and my husband respects it.

I do, I basically tell all the same things to my husband, but I write it down for me to remember and look back on.

No, but I could if I wanted to. I don’t have to tell him every thought, but as a rule I don’t write or tell others anything my husband would be surprised to hear me say. Gotta work it out with him first, keeping him in the know keeps our relationship whole

no but i’m going to. just because the best advice i saw was on facebook, about how our private lives need to stay private and if i feel like posting a facebook status about it, rather than telling the whole world, to write it down and it’ll make me feel just as good. some nights are tough, but i don’t want the whole world to know when my marriage has its ups and downs.
